🛠️Capabilities

// what I can build for your business // proficiency → company application
01

Business websites that actually capture the job

Fast, mobile-first sites with the phone number, the service list, and one obvious way to get a quote. Forms write straight into a live database instead of firing a mailto that may never open.

What you getA site that loads instantly on a phone, ranks for your town, and drops every enquiry somewhere you can actually work it.
02

Booking & scheduling systems

Calendars, open time slots, one-off and recurring sessions, capacity limits, waitlists, live countdowns and automatic eligibility checks so nobody books the wrong thing.

What you getCustomers self-serve at 11pm. You stop running your schedule out of a group text and a clipboard.
03

Lead pipelines & light CRM

Drag-and-drop boards that move a lead from New to Contacted to Quoted to Won, with activity history, inline notes and CSV export you can hand to a bookkeeper.

What you getNothing falls through. You can see, at a glance, what's quoted and what's owed a follow-up.
04

Staff & crew apps

Phone-and-PIN sign-in, job boards where employees claim open shifts, personal calendars, workload views, and per-person toggles for who can book and who can log in at all.

What you getJobs staff themselves. No app store, no per-seat licence, no onboarding call.

05

Owner dashboards — the whole business on one screen

The part most agencies skip. Live capacity and bookings, traffic and conversion over 1/7/30 days, staff workload, pipeline age, customer histories, kill switches and exports — built around the four numbers you actually care about.

What you getYou stop guessing. You can see what's short before it costs you, turn features off without calling a developer, and answer “how did last week go?” in about four seconds. See an example →
06

Print & marketing collateral

Flyers, trifold brochures, class schedules, hiring packets and job applications — print-ready PDFs on a consistent type and colour system, plus auto-generated share images for social.

What you getOne look across your website, your front desk and your Facebook page.
07

Takeovers, rebuilds & migrations

Inherit a dated site and rebuild it without losing what works: domain moves, 301 redirects, canonical tags and redirect pages so old links and search ranking survive the switch.

What you getA modern site on the same domain, with the traffic you already earned still pointing at it.
08

Automation & back-office reporting

Payroll hour matrices, membership audits, market and franchise models in Excel, scheduled social posting, and reports that rebuild themselves instead of being retyped monthly.

What you getHours back every month, and numbers that are the same every time somebody asks.
09

Built as one file — and you own it

Everything ships as a single self-contained HTML file. No framework, no build step, no platform lock-in. It runs on whatever hosting you already pay for, opens in any browser, and you can read the whole thing.

What you getNo monthly SaaS bill, no vendor holding your site hostage, and any developer alive can pick it up after me.
01

Zero-dependency web apps

Complete, production-ready tools shipped as a single HTML file — no build pipeline, no framework overhead, deployable anywhere static hosting exists.

Company useInternal tools and dashboards that deploy in minutes, run on any host, and are trivial to audit or hand off.
02

On-chain data integration

Reads smart contracts, Transfer events, and ownership across L2s and mainnet with ethers v6 — plus Etherscan and OpenSea APIs for enrichment.

Company useWallet monitoring, NFT/token analytics, holder and compliance reporting drawn straight from the chain.
03

Real-time data visualization

Hand-built SVG and canvas charts — area, donut, histograms, network graphs, concentration metrics — with no heavy charting dependency.

Company useCustom KPI and diagnostic dashboards tuned to the exact metric, not a generic template.
04

Realtime backends

Firebase RTDB with caching, snapshot systems, write throttling, and stale-while-revalidate patterns shared cleanly across multiple apps.

Company useLow-cost realtime persistence, leaderboards, and shared state without standing up a backend team.

05

Web3 auth & wallets

Wallet connection and transaction flows via Abstract Global Wallet, Privy, and MetaMask — including batched calls through EIP-5792.

Company useWallet-gated access, role-based permissions, and smooth on-chain transaction UX.
06

Smart contract design

Solidity for skill-game economies — payout curves, jackpot mechanics, operator-signed scores — with testnet deployment pipelines.

Company useOn-chain mechanics, tokenomics modeling, and provably fair game or reward systems.
07

Business operations tooling

Payroll and performance reports, market-analysis models, promotional design, and facility planning — built from running real businesses.

Company useReporting automation, spreadsheet modeling, and marketing collateral that ops teams can run themselves.
08

Interactive & game dev

Canvas games with real physics, typing mechanics, and character/pixel-art systems — leaderboards and economies wired in.

Company useGamification, interactive marketing, and engagement mechanics that hold attention.
09

Off-chain apps & interaction design

Not everything needs a chain. Playful, shareable web apps with real backends, delightful micro-interactions, animation, and built-in scheduling — the same single-file discipline, no wallet required.

Company useMarketing microsites, interactive campaigns, booking flows, and customer-facing web apps that feel alive.

📊Owner dashboards

// the screen you open with your coffee

A website tells people you exist. A dashboard tells you what's actually happening — what's booked, what's about to fall short, who's working, which enquiries went cold, and what last week did compared to the one before. Every system I build ships with one, and it's built around the numbers you care about rather than whatever a template decided to show.

Live operations board

Everything on the schedule, right now: who's booked, how full each slot is, what's short of its minimum, and what's already sold out — refreshing as people sign up.

Traffic & conversion

Visits tracked over 1, 7 and 30 days, plus the funnel that matters: how many people looked, how many of those actually booked or asked for a quote, and where the rest dropped off.

Staff workload & permissions

Monthly hours per employee as bars you can read in a second — whole team or one person at a time — with separate switches for who can take work and who can log in at all.

Pipeline & follow-up

Every enquiry with its stage, its age, and its full history. The ones sitting too long in Quoted are the ones costing you money, and the board makes them impossible to miss.

// what to build, and how you buy it

Two ways to buy it

Same build either way. The only question is who runs it once it's live.

Option 01

📦Build only

Starting at$2,800 One-time · nothing after that

I build it, test it, and hand over the files and the keys. It's yours outright from that moment — host it wherever you like, change it whenever you want, take it to another developer if you ever want to.

  • The full build to the scope we agreed, tested on real phones
  • A working demo on a private link before you pay the balance
  • Plain HTML files you own — no licence, no platform, no lock-in
  • Deployed to your existing host, or handed over as files if you'd rather
  • A walkthrough so you and your staff know how to run it
  • 30 days of bug fixes on anything I built
You handle: the domain, hosting, the database account, and any changes after handover.
Most popular Option 02

🔁Build + managed

Build$2,800 + Then$95/mo
Cancel any time · domain, hosting & database included

Everything in Option 01, and then I keep it running. One bill instead of four accounts you half-remember the passwords to — domain, hosting, database and upkeep all sit with me.

  • Domain — registration, renewals, DNS and SSL, all handled
  • Web hosting — set up, paid for, and deployed to whenever something changes
  • Database management — rules, backups, storage limits and monitoring
  • Uptime & fixes — if it breaks, it's my problem, not a support ticket you file
  • Small changes included — prices, hours, staff, photos, copy tweaks
  • A monthly note from me on what your site actually did — traffic, enquiries, bookings
Leave whenever: cancel and I transfer the domain to you and hand over the files. Nothing is held hostage.

These are starting points, not a menu. I quote the exact number after a short call, once I know what you actually need — and it doesn’t move after that. First two or three clients get a founding rate below these figures.

What I can build for youfour common builds
01

Site rebuild

Your existing site, rebuilt to load fast on a phone, read clearly, and put the enquiry in front of the visitor instead of three clicks deep. Domain, redirects and search ranking carried across intact.

Good fit ifYou have a site, it's dated or slow, and you suspect it isn't earning its keep.
02

Booking or scheduling app

Customers pick a time and hold a spot themselves. Capacity, recurring sessions, eligibility rules, reminders and a live schedule you control from your phone.

Good fit ifYou're running a schedule out of texts, a spreadsheet, or a paper sheet at the front desk.
03

Dashboard & back office

A lead board, a job board, and the owner dashboard that runs them both — live capacity, traffic and conversion, staff workload, pipeline age, and exports for the bookkeeper.

Good fit ifQuotes go out and you can't say for certain which ones never got followed up.
04

Brand & print package

Flyers, brochures, schedules, hiring packets and social graphics on one consistent type and colour system — print-ready PDFs plus editable source.

Good fit ifYour front desk, your website and your Facebook page don't look like the same business.
How I workterms, plainly

How I work

  • Fixed price per scope. We talk through what you need, I quote the whole thing up front. No hourly meter running.
  • You see it working before you pay in full. I build a real, clickable version on a demo link first — not a slide deck.
  • You own the file. Everything ships as plain HTML you can host anywhere. There's no platform to be locked into and no licence to renew.
  • The monthly is optional. Option 01 has no recurring cost at all — the database tier these run on is free at small-business volume. The managed plan exists because most owners would rather not think about any of it.
  • Changes come back fast. One person, no agency queue — most requests turn around same day or next.
  • Local. Elkhart-based. Happy to work remotely, happier to meet at your counter and watch how you actually use it.
